This wedding event was for 120 guests seated to a formal hot buffet
meal, and an additional 50 for the evening; was held in a 9m x 18m marquee
attached for dancing. A kitchen unit, 6m x 6m (not shown) was to the
rear.
The main marquee was lined and curtained in pleated ivory nylon with
lilac swags, lighting was three crystal chandeliers with dimmers. The
second marquee had a starlight roof lining with ivory walls and a 5m
x 5m hardwood dance floor. The whole area was floored throughout with
charcoal grey exhibition grade carpet.
Outside, was an executive styled mobile toilet unit complete with mirrors,
vanity units, piped music, carpeted floor etc; The guests were seated
at 1.5m round tables on gold chairs with matching seat pads. A traditional
top table seating 10 was sited along the main wall. Close to the entrance
was a large greeting area with bar facilities.
Casual furniture was provided for an outside reception, doubling for
use by the evening guests.
