Total Management Service

With every marquee hire that we undertake, we always make a site survey before making a booking. The site visit is a 'no-obligation' service that we provide totally free of charge, to ensure you the customer, and assure ourselves that what is recommended is right for the job.

A 'One-Stop-Shop' service is available for most events. We can assist with as much or as little as you like, whether it be total organizational management for everything, or just suggestions from our experiences gained during fifteen years of marquee hire.
If you are in the unfortunate situation of not having a suitable site for your company promotion or wedding then we can also help with a venue.

Furniture

Chairs

  • Patio chairs - for the casual parties and outside use, a cushion can be added.
  • White folding chairs - ideally suited for events where audience seating is required.
  • Bistro chairs - for the informal occasions when seating guests at tables, these can have either a cushion added, or a seat pad.
  • Banquet chairs - an economical formal chair with a gilt frame and burgundy pads.
  • Gala banquet chair - by far the most popular chair suitable for most occasions from weddings to corporate events. It has a stylish gold frame and a selection of coloured pads to co-ordinate with colour schemes and décor.
  • Napoleon Banquet chair - similar to the gala chair but more sophisticated, with a wider choice of seat pad colours, as well as a choice of frame colour.

Linen

We can supply all linen for the tables that we supply. It is all made from high quality damask cotton. All of the tablecloths are white, so to co-ordinate with colour schemes we are also able to supply slip cloths in a number of colours, as well as napkins.

Toilets

We are able to accommodate for all sizes of event from small parties at home, to formal events, where the facilities need to be of a 'five-star' standard.

  • Single cubical - basic toilet and hand-wash facility, suitable up to 50.
  • Double trailer - conventional toilets with hand-wash and lights, up to 90 (separate Ladies & Gents)
  • Superloo - a Ladies and Gents trailer toilet, hand-wash and lighting with a capacity of 300.
  • 1+1 - top quality Ladies and Gents toilet, with vanity unit, hot & cold water, heating, carpet, wallpaper, large mirrors, piped music, up to 100 guests.
  • 1+2, 1+3 - same specification as 1+1, but with higher capacities.
All of the toilets that are provided by us are of the highest standards available, and are complete with soap, towels and toilet paper.

Heating

Marquees are hired all year round, therefore there are times when heating is required. All of the marquees can be heated, obviously the larger they are and the colder it is then the bigger the heater. All of the heaters that we install comply to all safety standards, they are thermostatically controlled by you, there are no naked flames, all internal heaters have catalytic burners, and they are all provided with fuel.
We will advise on all heating requirements, type, size etc. There are also occasions late spring and early autumn when a heater isn't needed during the day, but late at night when the party is still going it can be a little chilly.

Power

The power requirement is dependant on the activities within the marquee. We will supply and install all necessary cables, fuse boards, lighting controls, and auxiliary power points within the marquee.
If a suitable supply is to hand e.g. a house, office, etc. then we will take power from there. However, if this is not an option then we will install generators.

Catering & Bars

Whatever catering you savour, then we can add that flavour, whether it be an informal buffet or BBQ, or something with far more grandeur and sophistication such as a five course waitress served meal, we can accommodate through one of our selected chefs and caterers who are able to create anything from a finger buffet to a gourmet meal.
On the other hand you may be in a situation where yourself, a friend, or colleague will turn their talents to help, if so we will supply the crockery, cutlery, glassware, and tableware if necessary.

As the host of the party, you may not want to be burdened with organizing food and drinks on the night, so why not just hire the staff?
Everybody wants to be a 'barman', but from our experiences their ambition is short lived, when glasses need collecting and washing the volunteer bar staff soon disappear. We offer a full bar service, including the staff, and all the necessary dispensing equipment, glasses, chillers, bar tops, optics etc. We have a selected range of wines and most keg & cask beers/lagers are available at an economical price, which are all available on a 'sale or return' basis. If you want to run the bar yourselves and purchase the beverages from us we will include all the necessary dispensing equipment.
